CURBSIDE PICKUP INSTRUCTIONS

• Place items on hold as usual.  This can be done through our website, ctwpl.info, through the YLN app or over the phone with library staff.

 

• Wait for notification that your holds are available.  Notifications come through mail, phone, email or text message.  To change how you are notified, please contact library staff.

 

• Park in library parking lot and call.  Staff will take your name, retrieve your holds, check them out to your account and deliver them to your car.  (If you do not have a cell phone, you may call from home and set an appointment time for pickup.)

 

• Returns can be placed in our outside drop boxes or given to staff in exchange for your checkouts.  If returning items to staff members, please place in bag.
